Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Paradise Enclave's 'premium' price per sqft feels like a rip-off compared to Pushpak Society. For rental potential and builder trust, Pushpak seems better. Am I missing something? Change my mind.

I actually visited both sites last month. Paradise Enclave's sales team was very vague about the RERA details and completion timeline. They just kept talking about 'luxury amenities' and 'future appreciation'. Pushpak, while not perfect, had more concrete plans and a few completed towers already. The vibe at Paradise felt like a big marketing push without much substance. Plus, the current market in Chandigarh is not that hot for ultra-premium properties which are still on paper.
Exactly, U4! My agent also warned me
U4, that's really helpful. Did they give any specific reason for the RERA vagueness? Any idea about their actual possession date?
Bhai, both have their issues. Don't just jump. Builder ka track record check karna bahut zaroori hai. Especially for first-time buyers like us.
Yaar, totally agree with the original post. Paradise Enclave ka price sun ke hi darr lagta hai. Pushpak Society, at least, looks more grounded. But is Pushpak's possession on time? I'm so confused, don't want to get stuck with delays.
Haan sahi keh rahe ho U7. Ye Paradise Enclave ka 'premium' sirf naam ka hai. Kaam ka nahi lag raha. Pushpak still seems more reliable for rental yield in Manimajra area.
U2, Pushpak ka thoda mixed reviews hain possession pe. My cousin booked there, and usko 3-4 months ka delay mila tha. But Paradise Enclave ka toh kuch clear status hi nahi mil raha, that's what worries me more.
