₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Paradise Green Plaza – the price seems okay, but I'm seriously questioning the amenity game. Builders promise the moon, with fancy clubhouses and huge green spaces, but possession pe kya milta hai? Honestly, I feel like these "premium" amenities are mostly marketing fluff for investors. Does a grand clubhouse or manicured lawns actually drive higher resale value or attract better tenants in Noida Extension? Yaar, sometimes it feels like builders just tick boxes. Kitna farak padta hai actual ROI pe if the green area is just two sad trees? I'm looking for long-term value, not just brochure photos. What's the real ground reality for these promised features?
