Paradise Krishna Vatika buyers, what's daily life really like?
Noida Extension's Paradise Krishna Vatika — I'm looking at these villas for my own home, even though I'm in real estate myself. I know all the marketing talk, but buying for myself is different. The prices are around ₹1.15-1.40 Cr for a completed villa. Is it genuinely good for daily living? What's the actual vibe like? Are schools and markets really convenient, or is it a struggle? Does the community feel welcoming, or is it a bit isolated? Tbh, I'm trying to cut through the brochures.

Bhai, tum real estate se ho toh tumhe pata hoga ki Noida Extension mein kitne issues hain. Ye Paradise Krishna Vatika ka RERA number kyun 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai? 1.2-1.4 Cr mein RERA registered project na ho toh bahut risky deal lagti hai. Kya builder ne koi specific reason diya hai iske liye?
U2, builder ka kehna hai ki yeh small scale project hai, isliye RERA ki zaroorat nahi. But I agree, it'
