Paramount Associates: Gurugram mein customer support kaisa hai?

Paramount Luxury Floor 40 — this project keeps coming up in my search. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math is making sense now. But yaar, Paramount Associates ka customer support kaisa hai? Booking ke baad phone uthate hain ya ghost kar dete hain? Also, bank approvals ke liye koi issue toh nahi aata inke projects mein? Not sure if their RERA compliance record is clean for this one. Koi experience share karega please? Maybe it'll help others too.
