Honestly, pre-launch prices are confusing. Is it actually cheaper than buying later, ya sirf hype hai? My parents keep saying wait. Also, construction-linked vs down payment plans – which one is smarter in Gurugram? I'm worried about delays with CLP, but a huge down payment is tough. Kya koi real advantage hai pre-launch mein, ya just FOMO? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
