Paramount Floraville or Buildcon Maghad Mansion?
Finally fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Thinking of buying in Noida. I'm looking at Paramount Floraville, it's ready to move. Price is around 1.5Cr. Buildcon Maghad Mansion bhi option hai. Heard ready to move mein registry easy hoti hai. But carpet area ka kya scene hai? Which one gives more usable space, especially for the price? Also, which one has better resale value if I need to sell after 5 years? What does the community think? Which one should I pick?

Floraville is old, possession 2015 ka hai. Ready to move toh hai, but make sure all documents are clear. Mere friend ne ek aise hi old project mein liya tha, registry mein itni dikkat aayi thi ki poochho mat. Builder ne RERA se pehle banaya tha toh RERA number bhi nahi hai. Carpet area check karna bahut zaroori hai. Buildcon ka pata nahi, but Floraville mein usable space kitni milti hai 1.5 Cr mein? Often older projects have smaller carpet areas compared to super built-up.
Sahi baat hai, older projects mein carpet area ka issue rehta hai. Floraville mein
Bhai, same situation here! Landlord ne toh jeena haram kar diya hai. Ready to move sounds great, especially Floraville. 1.5 Cr for ready-to-move in Noida is a good budget, but I'm also worried about the hidden costs. Registry ka process sach mein easy hota hai kya for older projects?
Haan, hidden costs ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Ready to move mein usually maintenance charges pehle se pata chal jaate hain, woh ek plus point hai. But builder ke past records zaroor check kar lena, especially for older projects.
Registry easy hoti hai agar builder ne sab dues clear kar diye ho. Warna phans jaoge! Experience se bol raha hoon.
