I'm confused between Paramount Floraville and Gayatri Vatika. Gayatri Vatika looks cheaper upfront, but resale value mein kya scene hai? Paramount Floraville is pricier, but carpet area efficiency is better, I think? Anyone has first-hand experience selling in either? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega for 5-year appreciation?
