Paramount Golfforeste: Investor's reality check after 2 months
Just moved into Paramount Golfforeste two months ago, and honestly, I'm trying to figure out the long-term investment picture. The amenities looked great on paper, but now I'm wondering if the high maintenance charges are actually worth it for investors. Are the clubhouse and sports facilities really used enough to justify the premium, or are they mostly empty? Does a fancy clubhouse genuinely attract better tenants or just add to our monthly outgoings with little ROI? Also, what about the security systems? Are the CCTV and guard quality up to scratch in practice, or do they cut corners? Keen to hear from others already living there or who've invested. What's your ground reality on these points?
