Capital appreciation for Paramount Low Rise Floors South City 2 at ₹3.10 Cr feels a bit flat. I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do site inspections. What's the *actual* rental yield here? Is the resale market truly liquid for a good exit strategy in a few years? Need opinions.
Did a site visit to Paramount Low Rise Floors in South City 2 last week. My kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking to downsize from our big house; don't need such a big place anymore. We want something manageable, ideally with good society and an elevator. Paramount Low Rise seems okay, but I'm really wondering about the actual day-to-day living there. Is it genuinely good, or just looks good on paper? What's the community vibe like? Are residents friendly, or is it more isolated? Also, what are the maintenance charges actually like monthly? We need decent hospital access nearby too. Are the common amenities, especially lifts, well-maintained for senior residents? Any current residents, please share your honest opinions. Is it a good fit for empty nesters?
