Paramount Luxury Floor 40 maintenance costs don't add up

Three months since moving into Paramount Luxury Floor 40, and the ₹14,000 monthly maintenance fee feels super high. We picked this place partly for the facilities, but the clubhouse often seems empty, barely used. Is anyone else finding the actual service quality not matching these charges?
