Paramount Luxury Floor 40: Power backup reality?

Visited Paramount Luxury Floor 40 last week. Kids ke liye full power backup bahut important hai. Suna hai kuch projects mein sirf common areas ko backup milta hai, flat mein nahi. Is it true for Paramount? Also, parking allocation ka kya scene hai, lottery ya reserved? My wife is worried about these small things. Seeking real experiences.
