Paramount Luxury Floor 40: What's the real quality?

Visited Paramount Luxury Floor 40 last weekend. Location Sector 65 mein sahi laga, and floor plans ache hain. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. But I'm a bit concerned about the construction quality after possession. Logon ka experience kaisa raha with plaster cracks ya seepage issues? Also, post-possession customer support for minor fixes, is that responsive? And long-term resale value, is it good for Paramount projects? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be high. Is the premium justified?
