Paramount Luxury Floor 63A — I'm considering this for my own use. Builder ka marketing spin toh pata hai, but actual project delivery experience kaisa raha? Amenities jo dikhaye the, woh sab functional hain? Society ka vibe aur maintenance charges kya hain? I know builder numbers can be misleading.

I'm also considering Paramount but a different project. This 63A one, I heard the builder was very pushy with the initial bookings. They showed grand plans but some of the smaller details in other projects got overlooked. Just be careful with the fine print, especially for maintenance clauses. What about the parking situation, is it ample for 8 units?
2.7-2.8 Cr is a lot. For that price, you can get a decent villa in areas like Baliawas or even a bigger plot near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and construct your own. Is the location THAT premium to justify this price for a floor?
Location is key. If it's prime Golf Course Extension Road or something similar, then maybe. But if it's in a developing sector, then the price feels inflated. I visited a similar project in Baharampur Naya, prices were way lower for better space.

U1, maine suna hai ki Paramount ka delivery record mixed hai. Mere ek friend ne Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, usme bahut delay hua tha. Amenities toh baad ki baat hai, possession time pe milna chahiye pehle.
