Luxury projects in Gurugram sometimes feel more about show than actual living. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK and Paramount Luxury Golf Course Extension caught my eye. It's completed, but I'm wondering, is it genuinely good for daily life, ya bas paper pe acha hai? Already have a home loan, so this price jump needs to be worth it. How's the society vibe wahan? Aur neighbourhood mein schools, daily market convenience kaisa hai? Any residents can share their real experience?

For a 'completed' project from 2022, you should get exact details. My friend got burned by a 'completed' project where the builder kept delaying final fittings for months after possession. So check everything very thoroughly before committing.
My cousin lives on Golf Course Extension, not in Paramount, but close by. He says the traffic can be a real pain during peak hours, especially going towards Cyber City. But connectivity to SPR and NH-48 is good. For a 3 Cr property, I'd also look at projects on Airport Road (Gurgaon side) or even some new launches near Basai. I checked out Paramount Luxury a few months ago. The flats are indeed well-finished, no doubt about that. But the biggest concern for me was the 'total units: 0' thing. It means either it's super exclusive and they don't list it, or it's just a phase. For schools, you're close to Sector 57, so good options like Scottish High are accessible. Markets ke liye you'd rely on nearby sectors, not really an in-society market. But for daily needs, you'll find things around.
U8, it often means the builder has sold all their inventory directly. If you want a unit, you'll have to find a resale from an individual owner. Which can be good or bad, depending on the market and how desperate the seller is. But yeah, it's not a RERA issue, just builder status.
The 'total units: 0' always makes me nervous. Is it a RERA thing? Does it mean the project is fully occupied and no resale units are available, or something else entirely? Because if it's fully occupied, getting a unit would be tough.
