Is Paras Quartier actually a good place to live daily, especially for an older couple like us? Kids have moved out, so I'm looking to sell our big house and move to something more manageable. Paras Quartier dekh raha hoon, price range toh theek hai, but I'm worried about the actual livability. Kya society ka vibe friendly hai, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, sach mein? Hospital proximity bhi important hai for us. Not sure if it's just good on paper ya sach mein acha hai. What do current residents say about their experience there? Looking for honest opinions.

It's a tough market right now in Gurugram for such high-ticket properties, even with good locations. Resale value for a 9.5 Cr+ apartment might not appreciate as fast as smaller units. For an older couple
Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai yahan? Aur RERA number 164 OF 2017 ka status kaisa hai builder ka track record?
Maintenance charges for a luxury project like this, especially with only 120 units, will be on the higher side. Expect anywhere from ₹18-25 per sqft, easily. For a large apartment, that's lakhs annually. RERA status is fine, the project is completed and possession given. But always check the builder's other projects, some have had issues in Baharampur Naya with delays. Don't just go by one project's RERA.
I actually visited Paras Quartier once with my parents who were also considering downsizing, though not there. The vibe felt a bit exclusive, not super 'friendly' in a bustling community sense, more private. For older couples, hospital proximity was also a big concern for them. Anyone know about nearby hospitals and how easy it is to get there? Aur security kaisi hai overall?
Hospital proximity is decent. Medanta is not too far, maybe 15-20 min drive depending on traffic. Narayana Hospital bhi accessible hai. But if you're looking for super immediate access, then maybe look at projects closer to Airport Road (Gurgaon side).
Haan, vibe thoda reserved hi hai. Most residents keep to themselves. Par amenities like the clubhouse and parks are good.
Paras Quartier ka price range toh bahut high hai yaar, 9.5 Cr se shuru! Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh sapna hi hai. Older couple ke liye theek hai, but is range mein what kind of maintenance can one expect? Kahin hidden charges na ho.
Dekho, price high hai because it's a luxury segment and COMPLETED project hai. Possession date 2022-08-28 ki hai, so ready-to-move hai. Quality aur location ka bhi farak padta hai. It's not for everyone, for sure.
Sahi keh rahe ho, U1! Yeh toh out of budget hai for most. Maintenance bhi upar se aur bojh banega, especially for retired folks.
