posted on 20 MayParas Quartier: Is the layout efficiency worth the price?
The premium for luxury projects in Gurugram feels so high these days. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading. Paras Quartier looks great on paper, but is the actual carpet area use efficient? Matlab, does it *feel* spacious? Aur daily life ke liye kitna practical hai? Is the price jump justified for the living experience?

Market conditions Gurugram mein abhi thodi volatile hain, especially for these ultra-luxury segments. My friend booked in a similar project near Airport Road a couple of years back, and even after possession, the resale value hasn't appreciated as much as expected. So, just because it's expensive doesn't mean
Dekho, luxury projects mein layout efficiency is key, especially at this price point. Paras Quartier completed hai, possession date bhi August 2022 ki thi. RERA number 164 OF 2017 hai. But 120 units mein, kitne log actually move in ho chuke hain? Sometimes builders keep units empty to maintain artificial demand. Has anyone checked the actual occupancy?
U8, I don't think they have 2BHKs, mostly 3 and 4BHKs at that price range. Regarding occupancy, my brother faced a similar issue with another project in Baharampur Naya. Builder showed full occupancy initially but many units were empty, leading to higher maintenance for actual residents. Always verify site visits.
Occupancy kam ho toh maintenance charges bhi high lagte hain, right? Yeh ek major concern hai.
Occupancy ka toh pata nahi, but RERA details toh sahi lag rahe hain. Kya 2BHK units bhi hain isme?
Bhai, main dekh ke aaya hoon Paras Quartier. Luxury feel toh hai, no doubt. Interiors acche hain aur common areas bhi grand lagte hain. But haan, budget-conscious log toh soch mein padenge. Still, for that premium segment, it does stand out.
Yaar, Paras Quartier ka price tag dekh ke hi darr lag jaata hai. 9.5 Cr se shuru! Sach mein, itne mein kya mil raha hai? Original post mein jo likha hai, 'carpet area use efficient' aur 'feel spacious', yeh sab bas marketing jargon toh nahi hai? Koi batao, actual mein living experience worth it hai kya?
The 'spacious' feel is subjective. I visited a 4BHK there, and while it's well-designed, the actual usable carpet area felt a bit less than what the super area suggested. But yes, quality of construction is good.
Bhai, worth it toh nahi lag raha. Price bahut zyada hai.
