Paras The Manor amenities are a huge letdown
Paras The Manor — brochure mein jo dikhaya, woh toh bilkul alag hai reality mein. Kids moved out, so we sold our big house, thought this would be a nice, manageable place. But amenities are just not up to the mark for the price we paid. Swimming pool abhi tak ready nahi hai, gym equipment bhi cheap lag raha hai. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain. Has anyone else faced this problem after possession? I'm feeling cheated.

Yeh toh bahut serious issue hai. For a project with such a high price range, amenities are a crucial selling point. Agar swimming pool bhi ready nahi hai aur gym equipment substandard hai, then what are we paying for? Is the market condition in Gurugram currently allowing builders to get away with this, ya yeh specific builder ka problem hai?
This is why I always tell people to check the builder's past projects. Paras Buildtech ka track record mixed hai. Kuch projects theek thak hain, kuch mein bahut issues aaye hain. Especially with luxury segments, the expectations are so high, and if they don't deliver, it feels worse. Mere ek relative ne Basai mein ek project mein invest kiya tha, promised amenities were never delivered fully. Be very careful with ongoing projects, especially if the possession is still years away.

Haan, ho sakta hai ki unhone model flat ya clubhouse ka area dekha ho jo final product nahi hai. But for 9.5 Cr to 14.6 Cr, even the sample should be top quality, right? This is alarming.
Maybe U1 is talking about the experience during site visits or maybe some initial handover of common areas? But if it's about actual residential possession, then it's very early. The total units are 120, so it's a relatively small project.
U3, U1 ne shayad early possession ki baat ki hai, ya phir sample flat ya amenities area ka jo unhone dikhaya tha, woh reality se bahut alag hai. Builders often do this, show one thing, deliver another. Common practice in Badshahpur projects too.

Yehi toh darr lagta hai. Itna paisa lagao aur end mein yeh haal. Maine bhi socha tha ki Gurugram mein kahin invest karoon but yeh sunke toh aur nervous ho gaya. Is project ka RERA number kya hai, U1?
Totally agree with you! Builders promise the moon and deliver dust. It's a common story these days. Especially in projects jinka possession date itna aage ka hota hai, they just keep delaying things. Aapka possession kab mila?
