Looking at Paras The Manor in Gurgaon for investment. The ₹9.5 Cr price tag is huge, but builder ka delivery track record ko leke tension hai. Will they actually deliver on time? Main bhi Paras The Manor ko dekh raha tha. RERA number GGM/811/543/2024/38 hai, aur official possession date 2028-08-01 dikha raha hai. But
₹9.5 Cr toh sach mein bohot zyada hai! Location acchi hai, but builder pe trust karna mushkil hai. Same thought process, equity se real estate mein shift.
Bhai, Paras ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record kuch khaas nahi hai, especially for timely delivery. Mere friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha, 2 saal late ho gaya possession. Itni badi investment mein risk mat lo yaar.
