Paras The Manor's rental yield claims are totally overblown.

Since last year I've been tracking Paras The Manor for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections easily. Builder ka track record on delivery kaisa hai? Given the high price point, what's the actual rental yield people are seeing? Aur resale market mein kitni liquidity hai for such high-value properties? Not sure if it's a good long-term hold.
