Paras Tierea mein amenities sirf brochure pe ache lagte hain kya? Moved in last month, kitchen fittings already loose, washroom mein minor seepage. Clubhouse bhi mostly empty rehta hai. Maintenance charges poore, par service zero. Everyone glorifies this, but actual usability ka kya? Change my mind.

Totally agree with your point about the fittings. My friend lives there, same issues. Kitchen cabinets are flimsy, and the common areas look good but don't feel well-maintained. With 3550 units, I guess managing quality control is a nightmare. It's sad to see such a big project struggle with basic maintenance.
Bhai, ₹38 L – ₹1.6 Cr ki range mein aap kya expect kar rahe ho? Quality issues toh aayenge hi. RERA number bhi Not Applicable hai, which is a red flag for me. Builder ke paas accountability kam ho jaati hai. My cousin bought in Alpha I Greater Noida, wahan bhi initial issues the, but developer sorted them out eventually. Paras Tierea ka track record kaisa hai overall?
