Yaar, Paras Tierea ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. My friend's cousin bought there, aur unko bahut issues aaye the construction quality mein. Especially plumbing and seepage after the first monsoon. Parents ka worry sahi hai.

Totally agree with U1. Wahi toh main bhi soch raha tha. Plus, Paras Tierea ka RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai, jo thoda red flag hai. Itna bada project, 3550
