Parents in Eco Village 2: Your honest opinions?
Been looking for a bigger flat for almost a year now, and Supertech Eco Village 2 in Noida keeps coming up. My kids are growing fast, so we really need at least a 3BHK. My wife's main priority is a good community and a genuinely safe area for them. Visited a 3BHK there, and honestly, the carpet area felt a bit smaller than expected for a ~1200 sqft flat. Not sure if it's just me or if others felt the same about the space. How's the actual livability there for families? Are the common areas well-maintained, and what about noise levels? Also, what are the current monthly maintenance charges? We're worried about daily commute for school admissions next year. Is the society friendly, or is everyone isolated?
