My parents are pushing me hard to buy property in Gurugram, thinking it's a great NRI investment for future. They're looking at Emaar projects on Golf Course Extension Road. Honestly, I'm abroad and can't visit frequently. Is it even wise to invest without physically seeing the site and checking everything? How do people manage the paperwork and quality checks remotely?

Is it a new launch or nearing completion? Quality check ke liye third-party agencies hire kar sakte ho, but that's an added cost. Have you looked at projects beyond Emaar, maybe near Badshahpur for better value?

Yaar, Emaar on Golf Course Ext Road is a premium location, no doubt. But I had a terrible experience with them for a project near Basai. Possession was delayed by almost 3 years, and the quality of construction was not what they promised in the brochure. Remote se toh aur mushkil ho jaata hai follow-up karna. My advice, if you can't visit, get a very trusted local friend or family to represent you for all checks, from legal to physical.

Haan, aur quality checks ke liye toh main toh bolunga ki kisi independent consultant ko hire kar lo. Mere friend ne Airport Road side ek project mein invest kiya tha, usko bahut fayda hua aise, remote se sab manage ho gaya.
