Pari Chowk infra: Real impact ya bas hype?
Visited a few societies near Pari Chowk last weekend, aur honestly, I'm quite disappointed with what builders promise versus what you actually get. We're looking to downsize since kids have moved out; don't need such a big place anymore. Socha tha Pari Chowk perfect hoga with all the new roads and metro connectivity, especially for hospital access. But almost every place I checked, there's some hidden charge for common areas or RWA maintenance jo initial quote mein nahi tha. Ek builder ne toh flat dikhaya claiming it's metro-facing, but it was a good 2 km walk. My budget is around ₹85-90L for a 2BHK. Is this common in Greater Noida? Lagta hai infrastructure hype bas ek excuse hai for builders to add on costs. Has anyone faced similar issues around Pari Chowk or DMIC Integrated Industrial Township? How did you deal with it?
