Pari Chowk investment confusion for a first-timer
Visited a couple of projects near Pari Chowk Greater Noida last week, especially Omega II mein. I'm looking for my first 2BHK and honestly, prices seem like ₹75L+ for a 2BHK already. Not sure if Pari Chowk Greater Noida is still undervalued for investment ya it's peaked. Kya lagta hai, abhi bhi acha ROI mil sakta hai? Should I consider somewhere else, ya yahi sahi hai? Koi advice?
