Pari Chowk mein property ke kya hidden risks hain?
Pari Chowk Greater Noida mein property lena, I'm finding, has more hidden issues than people talk about. Kids ab bade ho gaye, we don't need such a big place anymore, so ek compact 2BHK dekh rahe the. My budget is around ₹75-80L. But yaar, builders ka track record aur possession delays kaafi sunne ko mil rahe hain. Ek project dekha tha near Sector Alpha, builder ne ₹78L quote kiya for a 2BHK, but OC ka issue tha, aur society mein amenities bhi adhoori thi. Recent CBI cases ki khabar sunke toh aur darr lagta hai, specially for under-construction. Maintenance costs bhi kuch societies mein unexpectedly high hain, which is a big concern for us. Should I be worried about legal hassles with some older projects around there? Koi specific red flags jo aap logon ne notice kiye hon Pari Chowk area mein? Really need a good, safe society with an elevator.

Totally agree with you, U1! Pari Chowk mein options toh bahut hain, but quality and trust ka issue hai. Hum bhi ek project dekh rahe the near Alpha-II Commercial Belt, 2BHK in similar budget, ₹77L. Builder ne bola 6 mahine mein possession, but ab 1.5 saal ho gaye hain aur kuch pata nahi. Bas dates pe date mil rahi hain. CBI cases wali baat toh aur darr lagati hai, especially jab life savings lagani ho.
