Parichaya Venchar Grandeur: My 3-month reality check
Parichaya Venchar Grandeur — just moved in about three months ago, and honestly, it's a mixed bag. The brochures looked amazing, but daily living is different. I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely a good place to live long-term. The club house and pool are great, but the gym equipment is already showing wear, not sure if that's normal after just a few years. My kid's school search was tough; good ones aren't super close. The promised convenience store inside is still not fully stocked, which is annoying. Are others facing similar amenity reality checks? What's your take on the livability here vs. what was advertised? Thinking about resale value down the line, too.

Oh my god, I thought it was just me! We're also in Parichaya Venchar Grandeur, moved in two months ago. The gym equipment thing is so true, it feels flimsy. And the convenience store, don't even get me started. Builder ne promises toh bahut bade kiye the, but delivery? Not so much. My biggest worry is the maintenance charges vs. what we actually get.
Totally agree with your point about the school search. We were looking in Akshayanagar
