Honestly, after years of renting, I thought buying would be simpler. Fed up of rent hikes, I'm finally taking the plunge. But yaar, site visits for projects like Parivahan Apartment are confusing. Builders promise so much, but what's the actual construction quality? Like, after 6 months, do cracks appear? And amenities, are they just for brochure photos or actually usable? What should I really look for during an under-construction site visit to spot bad quality?
