Totally agree with the OP! Park City ka naam toh bahut suna hai, but Ghaziabad mein aajkal projects ki quality fluctuate karti rehti hai. ₹25L se ₹43L ki range mein itne promises karte hain, par delivery mein aksar shortfall hota hai. Amenities sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain, real life mein maintenance ka bura haal hota hai.
