Okay I'll say what no one says — Sattva Lake Ridge mein parking allocation sabse bada scam hai. Builder super area mein parking show karta hai. Par actual mein lottery system ya first-come-first-serve hota hai. As an investor, ye tenant attraction aur future resale value pe direct hit hai, yaar. Full power backup ka promise bhi bas common areas ke liye hota hai. Flats mein inverter lagao. Yeh sab choti cheezein baad mein maintenance badha deti hain. Change my mind.

Hum toh bas total cost dekhte hain, par yeh chote details baad mein itna headache dete hain. Builder log toh bas super area mein sab kuch chipka dete hain.
