10 years in real estate, but buying for myself in Greater Noida is a different ball game. Northwind Sanctuary dekh raha hu. Parking allocation pe sabka kya experience hai? Lottery system ya reserved, what's the ground reality? I know builder marketing mein sab accha dikhta hai, but tenant attraction aur future resale ke liye parking bohot important hai. Security systems bhi kitne effective hote hain?

Northwind Sanctuary ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ798312/05/2025 hai, par possession date 2030? Ye gap itna zyada kyun hai? Kya builder ne extension liya hai ya yeh unka standard practice hai? Iska matlab toh hai ki 5 saal tak bhi project complete nahi hoga RERA registration ke baad.
Builder log aise hi karte hain, RERA date kuch aur aur actual possession kuch aur. Common practice hai unfortunately.
