Parking allocation is the real investment killer
Noida Extension projects keep coming up whenever I look at investment options. Specifically Highflown Golden City has my attention. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm really digging into the parking allocation. Builders promise so much, but often it's a nightmare. Is it still mostly lottery-based or are they finally giving genuinely reserved spots? For a tenant, especially families, proper parking is a deal-breaker. It impacts long-term maintenance value and tenant attraction big time. Are those PLC charges for parking actually buying anything substantial like a specific covered spot? Or is it just another way to inflate the super area? What's the real ground reality for parking in newer projects?

Totally relate! Noida Extension projects look good on paper, especially Highflown Golden City with its price range (₹84 L – ₹1.0 Cr), but parking is my biggest fear. Builders promise a lot but deliver little. It's not just about convenience, it affects resale value big time. Are people actually getting designated spots now, or is it still a free-for-all?
U1, sadly, no. Most projects still play games. They'll give you a 'designated' spot on paper but it
