Yaar, I'm really confused about Ganga Valley. Price range (₹2.5 Cr – ₹4.1 Cr) is already high for a first-time buyer like me, but parking allocation is my biggest worry. Suna hai Gurugram mein parking ka bahut issue hota hai. Investors ke liye kitna critical hai ye, especially for resale value? Aur tenant attraction par bhi farak padta hai kya? Builder bol raha hai reserved parking hai but confirmation nahi mil rahi. Is it really reserved or lottery based later? Kiska experience hai is project ya similar ones se?
