Finished a detailed site audit of Raheja Winterwoods last week, and while construction quality looked decent from surface, I'm thinking more about long-term operational aspects. Specifically, parking allocation ka system wahan kaisa hai? Brochure mein reserved parking bola hai, but often builders change it to lottery-based ya first-come-first-serve post-possession.
