Don't go by the number of units alone. Often, builders calculate parking based on *visitor* parking and *commercial* parking as well, and then divide it by residential units, making it look good on paper. My cousin booked in a similar upcoming project, not X Ecosystem, but near Mullanpur Garibdass. Builder ne bola tha ek covered parking guaranteed. End mein, jab possession hua, they said it's first-come, first-serve for open parking and covered ke liye extra 3-4 lakhs. Aur woh bhi limited units ke liye. X Ecosystem Green Homes ka possession toh 2030 mein hai, tab tak toh rules bhi change ho sakte hain. Better to get it in writing now.
Totally agree! My friend faced this in Manimajra. Covered parking ka alag se charge karte hain aur phir bhi space nahi milti. Builders are very clever.
