2 cars, 1 flat – and the parking allocation at Goyal Luxury Floors feels like a lottery. My kids have moved out, so we're looking for a manageable 3BHK, but honestly, the parking situation is a huge concern. Everyone talks about the fancy clubhouse, but what about the actual day-to-day reality? Is it reserved, or do you fight for a spot every evening? Should I expect visitor parking to be a nightmare? Tell me I'm wrong about Rahul Mangla's projects, please. Disagree? Tell me why.

Same pinch! I faced this exact problem in a project near Sector 35, Faridabad, a few years back. Builder ne bola tha ample parking hai, but jab log shift hue toh daily ki ladai thi gaadi park karne ke liye. Visitor parking toh bhool hi jao
Bhai, Rahul Mangla projects ka track record dekh lo. Har baar kuch na kuch issue rehta hai. Yeh Luxury Floors bolte hain, but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially jab RERA number bhi Not Applicable dikha raha hai, toh aur bhi caution ho jaata hai. What guarantee is there for anything then? First-time buyers like us need proper transparency, not just glossy brochures.
Haan, Green Meadows mein mere friend ne book kiya tha. Possession delay hua tha 1.5 saal se zyada, aur quality mein bhi bahut compromises the. Unhone bhi two cars ka promise kiya tha but end mein ek hi parking slot mila, aur uske liye bhi alag se charge kiya. Uske baad se woh builder ke naam se hi darta hai. So, when I see 'Goyal Luxury Floors' and no RERA, I immediately get those same vibes. Be very careful, especially with such a big amount involved.
Sahi keh rahe ho. I've heard similar things about this builder. People often complain about hidden costs or possession delays. Did anyone here have an experience with his previous projects, like the 'Green Meadows' one? I'm trying to gather some intel before even considering visiting. Is it really that bad or just some isolated incidents?
Totally relate! Parking is a nightmare in so many new projects. I'm also a first-time buyer looking for a 3BHK and this parking chaos is a huge red flag for me. Fancy clubhouse doesn't pay for dented cars, right?
