Is parking allocation in projects like Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 really fair? I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, fed up of my landlord raising rent again. During site visits, they promise one thing, but later it often becomes lottery-based or extra charges. Koi real experience batao, does the builder actually stick to the promised parking spot? Aur isko legal check mein kaise verify karein? Hope this helps someone else too.
