Parking in Sector 24C makes me question buying there

Did a site visit to Sector 24C last weekend, looking at a plot. Honestly, the parking situation there is a total nightmare. It's an established sector, but finding space, even on the street, feels impossible. My previous property in Mohali faced similar issues initially. Are residents here just accepting it? What's the actual ground reality for daily parking? Should I even consider buying if this is the case? How are others managing this? Genuinely frustrated.
