Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh ample dikhate hain, but sunn raha hoon kaafi issues hain. U3, bilkul sahi kaha. RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai Ansal Aastha ka. Is price range (₹29 L – ₹30 L) mein agar parking jaise basic cheez pe itna issue hai toh fir kya faayda? Kisi ne RERA mein complain kiya hai kya is parking lottery system ke against? Ya builder ne written mein kuch diya hai is baare mein?

RERA mein complain karna bahut lamba process hai, U4. Jaldi resolution nahi milta.
Totally agree with your point! Mere friend ne bhi Krishna Kunj mein ek dusre project mein liya tha, wahan bhi parking ka bahut drama hua. Builder ne bola tha ek parking slot pakka milega, but handover ke time bol diya first-come-first-serve. Ansal Aastha ka toh status COMPLETED hai (Possession date: 2022-06-01), phir bhi ye sab issues? Bahut galat hai yaar. Kya builder ne koi specific rule bataya hai parking ke liye?
Exactly, mere saath bhi hua hai. Krishna Kunj mein hi ek project mein, parking ke liye extra charge kiya tha aur phir bhi space nahi mili. Ansal Aastha mein bhi aisa hi chal raha hoga, I guess.

Bhai, Ansal ka track record waise bhi thoda mixed hi raha hai. Parking ka issue toh bahut common ho gaya hai ab. Brochure mein jo dikhate hain, woh real life mein milta nahi. Tum sahi keh rahe ho, isse toh tenant attraction aur resale value dono par farak padega. Koi aur builder ka project dekha tha kya jo better options de raha ho?
