Parking reality check in Faridabad luxury flats

Faridabad mein luxury floors dekh raha tha, especially Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla. Mera budget ₹2.65 Cr ke around hai. Ek real deal-breaker lag rahi hai parking allocation. Site visit pe 'dedicated covered parking' bolte hain. But ground reality mein, kaafi societies mein parking spots clear mark nahi hote, ya phir guest parking ka issue rehta hai. Main abhi just last month ek naye society mein move hua hoon, aur wahan yeh problem face kar raha hoon. Is it just me, ya Goyal Luxury Floors mein bhi yeh scene hai? Rahul Mangla ka track record kaisa hai in delivering on these small but important things? Connectivity toh theek lag rahi hai, but parking ka kya? Kaise pata chalega actual allocation aur builder transparency? Koi first-hand experience share kar sakta hai? Hope this helps others.
