Agar tenant ko reserved parking nahi mili, toh chances hain ki woh dusra option dekhega. Plus, resale mein jab aap 1.1 Cr – 2.4 Cr ki property le rahe ho, toh parking expected hoti hai. Builder ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ7124 hai, check kar lo ki parking terms clear hain ya nahi.
Dekho, investor ke liye parking important hai but not the ONLY factor. Location, amenities aur connectivity bhi dekho. Ramprastha Platinum Premier is good, but is range mein Achchheja mein bhi options mil rahe hain jahan parking easily available hai.

Haan, main bhi last year ek flat dekh raha tha Afzalpur area mein, wahan toh parking ka scene hi alag tha. Ramprastha Platinum Premier ka possession 2018 ka hai, toh secondary market mein ho sakta hai kuch flats extra parking ke saath mil jayein. Lekin maintenance mein parking charges alag se lagte hain, ye dhyan rakhna. Mere friend ka experience hai ki builder ne starting mein kuch aur bola tha, baad mein change kar diya.
Ramprastha Platinum Premier mein parking usually 1 allotted hoti hai per flat. Extra ke liye bahut mushkil hai, ya fir paid visitor parking use karni padegi. Resale mein definitely fark padta hai, especially agar 2-car family hai.
