Parson property prices are riding on future hype
Parson mein actual property appreciation kitna expect karein? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, builder quoted ₹78L for a new project. Honestly, from my experience, Ghaziabad prices near RRTS corridors usually show more promise, but Parson ka scene thoda alag lag raha hai. I'm used to seeing 3-4% rental yield in other areas, not sure if Parson delivers that. What's the real ground reality for investment potential over 3-5 years? EPE and Hindon Airport connectivity are good, but I'm worried about short-term gains for end-users. Kya current prices justify karte hain for a calculated risk? Has anyone invested recently in Parson and tracked their ROI?

Bhai, ₹78L for a 2BHK in Parson? Mujhe toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. My friend bought a 3BHK in Ahinsa Khand II just last year for ₹70L. Connectivity ke alawa aur kya hai wahan? Rental yield ka point bilkul sahi pakda hai, I doubt it'll be 3-4% there. Lagta hai builders bas future ke sapne bech rahe hain.
