Parsvnath Developers: Hidden charges are a total scam!
Just moved into my Parsvnath society in Sector 62A last month. Possession was delayed by almost a year, fine, I get it. But now they're hitting us with these random 'maintenance' charges that were never mentioned. ₹25,000 extra, just like that! Anyone else facing this? Is this normal? Should I fight this? Also, rent vs buy, I'm starting to think renting would've been less of a headache. Koi batao, what to do?
