Totally agree with U1. Parsvnath ne mere friend ko Alaknanda mein flat ka possession dene mein 5 saal extra laga diye the. 'Completed' bolte hain, but phir bhi saalon tak delay karte hain. Price toh theek hai, but yeh 'immediate' wali baat hazam nahi ho rahi.

Sahi baat hai yaar. Builder pe bharosa karna mushkil ho gaya hai aajkal. Especially bade projects mein, yeh delays toh common ho gaye hain.
Immediate possession? Bhai, Parsvnath ka track record toh kuch aur hi kehta hai. RERA number hai theek hai, but 2036 possession date dikh rahi hai official documents mein. Yeh kya chakkar hai?
