15 years in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ball game. I'm looking at Parsvnath Platinum in Noida Extension. Builder ka track record theek lagta hai, but off the record, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Has anyone bought there? I'm worried about cracks ya seepage issues after a year. Aur amenities jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh actually deliver hue hain kya? Ya clubhouse bhi bas naam ka hai? Any real feedback would be super helpful.

Since it's listed as COMPLETED, toh possession ka toh issue nahi hona chahiye. But did you check its RERA status properly?
Price range kya chal raha hai wahan abhi? 94L-1.4 Cr for a 2009 project seems a bit steep in today's market, especially with so many new options coming up. Is it worth paying that much for an older building?
Us price mein toh Ajayabpur mein naye projects mil jayenge with modern facilities. Better value for money.
Haan, price toh yahi hai. Noida Extension mein abhi bhi demand hai, but for that price, you can get something much newer and with better amenities. Current market mein buyers ke paas options bahut hain.
Mai toh Parsvnath ke ek doosre project mein fas chuka hu, not Platinum but same builder. Although mera project thoda naya hai, 2014 possession ka, but delays aur quality issues bahut the. RERA (UPRERAPRJ4232) aane ke baad thoda control aaya, but 2009-10 ka project hai toh tab toh RERA bhi nahi tha. Builder ki manmaani chalti thi. Cracked walls, leaky pipes – yeh sab common complaints thi. Aapko bahut dhyan se check karna padega.
Exactly! Mere ek dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein liya tha, same story. Builders bas date pe date dete rehte hain aur quality compromise kar dete hain. Parsvnath ka naam toh sunke hi darr lagta hai.

Amenities ka toh sach mein yahi haal hai. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain, reality mein bas naam ke liye bana dete hain.
Parsvnath Platinum? Bhai, 2009 ka possession date hai. Itni purani property mein construction quality ka issue toh naturally aayega hi. Noida Extension mein tab itna development bhi nahi tha. Kya aapne on-site visit kiya hai? Us time ke projects mein finishings aur common area maintenance kaafi mixed bag hota hai.
