Visited Parsvnath Platinum last week, and I'm trying to get a real picture, not just the sales pitch. I work in real estate, so I know how builders spin things, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. My main concern for an investment property is long-term value and tenant attraction. The quoted maintenance charges seem decent, but what's the actual service quality like? Are we talking about a clean, well-run society or just high bills for basic upkeep? Poor maintenance directly hits rental yield and eventual resale, I think. Also, how's the construction holding up post-possession? Any early signs of cracks or plumbing issues that become costly headaches later? Just want to avoid surprises that eat into my ROI. What's the community's honest take on this balance?

Haan yaar, main bhi dekh raha tha Parsvnath Platinum. Location acchi hai aur price range ₹94 L se shuru ho rahi hai, which is decent for a completed project. But maintenance pe hi sab depend karta hai, especially for long-term value.
Bhai, Parsvnath ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. 2009 ka possession hai, toh old building hogi. Maintenance toh big issue rehta hai aise projects mein.
