Honestly, I thought being in real estate would make buying easy. But New Delhi mein negotiation kitna possible hai? Parsvnath ke Pocket B project mein, what's a realistic discount on a 3BHK? All-in costs kitne upar jaate hain from quoted price? Need actual numbers, not builder promises.

Parsvnath ka track record in terms of delivery has been shaky in the past. Anand Niketan mein bhi unka ek project atak gaya tha kuch saal pehle.
Maine suna hai ki cash down payment pe thoda better deal mil jaati hai, but EMI pe toh almost zero discount. Pocket B mein ek friend ne bola tha ki 1-2% se zyada nahi mila, woh bhi last minute deal mein.

Pocket B ka toh RERA possession date bhi dhang se follow nahi karte. Discount ke chakkar mein quality aur timing mat bhool jaana.
