Okay I'll be honest — Parsvnath Privilege Phase 1 amenities are mostly useless. Everyone talks about the club and gym, but daily life yahan pe is just okay. Society ka vibe bhi thoda isolated lagta hai. Change my mind.

I think it's a mixed bag. For someone who values peace and quiet, the 'isolated' vibe might actually be a positive. Not everyone needs a bustling society with constant activities. The price is competitive for a 2019 possession, but yes, the amenities could be better utilized. It really depends on what a first-time buyer prioritizes – location, price, or a super active community life. It's not a bad project, just maybe not for everyone's expectations.
Honestly, Parsvnath Privilege Phase 1 was a decent option back in 2019 when it got possession. But now, with so many new projects coming up, especially around Alpha-II Commercial Belt with better connectivity and modern amenities, it just doesn't stand out. The price feels a bit steep for what you get.
The isolation feeling is real. I've heard from a few residents that even though possession was given in Jan 2019, the occupancy hasn't hit full potential for all 1000 units. Maybe that's why it feels a bit empty. Plus, the current market conditions in Noida are such that buyers are looking for value, not just a brand name. Are the maintenance charges justified for these 'useless' amenities?
U7, maintenance is a huge factor. My cousin bought in a similar 'completed' project, and the builder kept increasing charges saying amenities needed more upkeep, even though no one really used them. Plus, the society management committee (AOA) often struggles to get builders to fix post-possession issues. Always talk to existing residents if you can. The 'isolated' vibe could also mean low AOA activity which is a red flag.
Good point about maintenance, U6. I'm also worried about hidden costs. For a project completed in 2019, are there any major structural issues or common area problems that residents are facing now? I'm scouting properties in Alistonia Estate and Alpha II too, and the amenities there seem more practical.
Totally agree yaar! I visited Parsvnath Privilege Phase 1 last month, and the club was okay, but the overall feeling was just... meh. For the price range (₹69 L – ₹71 L), I expected more, especially considering it's a completed project from 2019.
Exactly! When you're spending almost 70 lakhs, you want more than 'okay'. I'm a first-time buyer too, and this kind of feedback makes me super nervous. Have people faced issues with the builder in other projects too, or is it just this one?
