₹95 lakh for a 3BHK at Parsvnath Privilege – honestly, we thought it was a solid upgrade for our growing family. Moved in last year, the brochure had fantastic amenities for kids. My wife’s priority was a safe, clean play area and a usable swimming pool. But the reality? The pool’s often closed or just looks unhygienic. The play equipment feels neglected, not safe for the children at all. It’s so frustrating. We’re paying around ₹7500 monthly maintenance. For that kind of money, you’d expect functional facilities, right? Is this common for Parsvnath residents? Did anyone manage to get the RWA to properly address these amenity issues? Just wondering if we made the right choice for our kids' daily life.
