Okay I'll say what no one says about Parsvnath Privilege. Just moved in, and honestly, rental yield is way lower than brokers promised. Everyone glorifies Noida investment, but the actual resale market feels so slow. Is the investor-to-end-user ratio too high, risking a ghost society? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar, the hype around Noida is unreal sometimes. I've been looking at properties in the ₹70-80L range, and Parsvnath Privilege looked good on paper, but this rental yield issue is a huge red flag. My broker also painted a rosy picture, saying investment will double in 5 years. But if end-users aren't moving in, then who will buy it from me when I want to exit?
